AboutTammy Freeman manages day-to-day operations for Childress Real Estate. A native and lifelong resident of Northwest Georgia, Tammy grew up in Adairsville and has lived in Gordon County for the past 30+ years. She knows the area’s history, local culture and promising future. To Tammy, it’s about more than closing a deal. She’s passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams here. Tammy is a licensed Broker with 20+ years’ experience in everything from new construction to resales, foreclosures, short sales, REO properties, and land purchases. She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the Northwest Metro Association of Realtors and is a designated Mature Moves Specialist. A dedicated, detail-oriented professional who is savvy in the latest marketing techniques, Tammy has received numerous awards in her career, but she is most proud of helping her clients achieve their goals, and of being an active, caring part of the community she serves.
AboutComing from a career in counseling and education, Kim offers her clients an outstanding level of customer service. In her first year as a real estate agent, she sold over $1,000,000 in properties. Honesty and integrity are two characteristics that have helped Kim build a career in education and now in business. While the process of buying and selling a house can be stressful, Kim focuses on making the transition as smooth and stress free as possible by getting to know her clients and meeting their needs. AboutFollowing a career in customer service and real estate in both Georgia and Florida, Gwen joined the team of Childress Real Estate in 2017. She received her BS in Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern University, retired from Customer Service at Sumter Electric Membership Corporation, then started a new career as a Realtor in North Georgia. After moving to Jacksonville, FL and selling real estate there, she happily returned to Georgia and now makes her home in Calhoun. Gwen enjoys working with buyers and sellers to negotiate mutually satisfying results. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the many beautiful sites in the North Georgia mountains, reading, and especially playing Pickle Ball.
AboutFollowing a career in insurance sales, Becky Joined the Childress Real Estate team in 2018. She received her BS in Business Administration from Shorter College.
Becky will work hard to help buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs and make the process as stress free as possible.
In her free time, Becky likes to spend time with her family, travel, camp and volunteering her time at Rock Bridge Community Church.
